The Enrolment Process
Join our waitlist
We encourage families who are interested in our service to join our waitlist, so they don’t miss out. Whether you are looking for care immediately or in the coming months, it is important to have your information in our database where your start date and preference for days is noted. The date of application is taken into consideration by the management team when we are looking to offer a place where there is availability.
Secure your booking
Once a waitlist has been received, through our Storypark Management system, our team will be in contact to discuss placement. A parent pack will be sent to your email address provided with further information about our service and programs.
Confirming your enrolment
An offer will be sent to your email through our Storypark Management system and must be accepted through the portal for bookings to be confirmed. Once accepted, your child’s place is confirmed, and someone will be in contact to arrange orientation.
Orientation into a new care environment
Here at Billy Button, we encourage families to complete a two-day minimum for orientation. The orientation is for both the parent and child to spend an hour at the centre being introduced to the team and children in their classroom.
Commence of care
Our team at Billy Button, will ensure a supportive and warm introduction to your child’s first day of care. Feedback will be provided throughout the day to provide you comfort to your child’s safety and care. A ‘My first day’ post will be available on Storypark before the end of the day so that you and your child can talk about the exciting experiences.
